I like Red LINUX Hat Learning
I would call this a terse “getting started with Red Hat” book. I have been waiting several weeks to get the new edition because I usually prefer the O’Reilly series due to their direct and accurate style, unlike most other books that are pompous and as thick as the telephone book. This book met my expectations. However, I was disappointed that it was too deep in some topics and omitted others. For instance, I really did not need two chapters on Gnome/KDE, but I would have preferred more text on installing packages. And it would have been useful to have more info on how to improve the performance of KDE on older computers. And I would have saved two hours if there was a troubleshooting section in the installation; I eventually figured out that I had an errant USB device.
All in all, it’s a good book that helped me install everything in a few hours. But I have used Unix on and off for many years, and I was simply looking for a way to learn about installation and basic system administration.

Where to get Red 108 x 54
My son read this book and loved it so much he insisted I read it too. It’s a page turner! He’s finished the 5th or 6th book now and absolutely loves ‘em all.

Rubberized Solid Red Snap about
I don’t know why I waited so long to update my software…. this is easy to install and easy to use. I researched before I bought and Amazon was best price. I am a little old lady with mediocre computer skills, and I needed this for club work. What I wanted to know before I bought was 1. will it screw up the stuff I already have on my computer? NO. And 2. will I be able to use it easily? YES.
