Men s General Casio answer
This is the first Kindle I own. There is a lot of instructions to read through but it is easy to understand. The kindle itself is userfriendly and lightweight. I am still mastering all of its functions but so far I have encountered no issues.

Previously used Nike+, which was good for initial monitoring and keeping track of training schedules. I have picked the Garmin Forerunner 305 to have a device that is more accurate, provides HRM, is easy to use and can be used in all weather conditions. The GPS device locates the satellites within 1 or 2 minutes; even when I traveled to Europe, it was very quick in picking up the satellite signals.
For novice users, it is very easy to use. In combination with the Garmin Training Center, you can start digging into the advanced features, such as defining workout schedules that can be loaded onto the 305.
The controls on the device are easy to use, even when wearing gloves or when the device is wet.
I have been using it now for over a month and am very pleased with my purchase.
