I would agree with most of the positive comments others have made about this item. For me, it is certainly much better than windshield mounting as I was never able to find a spot that was close enough to use comfortably but still allow safe outward vision (two-seater convertible, small windshield). This thing solved that problem for me.

That said, with sharp turns and the occasional pothole, it will move around on my dash a little bit – my dash has a pebbled finish and very little in the way of flatness. I am certain this beanbag would become a projectile during a crash, at least in my vehicle. I’m keeping it nonetheless.

I purchased this item to share music, video, & photographs in my home network. I am using windows XP and Vista on the network, and it works without a flaw. I mapped drive letters to each of the computers and my Zune software can sync to it without any problem. It does seem to be a little slow, but when you are transferring more than 100 GB. That probably is going to take a little time. Or it may just be my router that is a little slow.

There is quite a bit of discussion about the software that came with it not allowing you to transfer media, but because I am not using that software and only using it in my internal network. I do not have that problem.

This product works great, the only thing I would change would be the size of the text on the screen. Otherwise this is a great product I would recommend it to anyone. I like the fact that I can see how many calories that I have burned off.
Digital 2x Telephoto and

I have just now completed a leisurely reading of “Artemis Fowl”. I loved every page of it, too. Now then, I came here to Amazon in order to boy ALL of the books in the series, but then I discovered that this book is supposed to be a children’s series?!?

What? Well, I think not. I am very much an adult, a retired High School Teacher and the proud father of 4 now-grown kids. My wife and kids tell me that I am really just a grown-up kid, but that is only after I spray someone in the yard with the water hose.

This book is great fantasy/adventure reading for adults. Sure, there are some trite phrases, and a decided lack of sex and violence — well, except “cartoon-style” violence … so, OK, I guess it is a “G Rated” book. Personally I am happy with “G” Ratings.

Forthwith I am ordering all books featuring Artemis Fowl and his adventures. The author writes very much in the same vein as Talbot Mundy — a young person’s adventure writer of some years past. I liked it and I am looking forward to reading the rest of Master Fowl’s adventures.

This is awesome! I got it to replace an old 201. What a difference! Everything works super fast and I really like the training center and the ability to see my routes on Google Earth. Way cool, and totally worth the money!

It’s taken me a long time to finally purchase an e-reader. I’ve looked them all over and finally settled on the Kindle. My husband and I are voracious readers. We are retired and looking toward selling our home and moving into a lifecare facility in the not too distant future. In the meantime we hope to travel for a while in the coach, seeing as much of the country as we can, and the people who live there. Books take up a lot of room, and bookstores, especially used ones, are not found everywhere. With the recent price drop, I decided that now was the time for me to try an e-reader and the only one I like was the Kindle. Funny thing was I’d actually seen and used the others on the market but not the Kindle. I just liked the options it has and the way it’s laid out. I’ve only had mind about three weeks and I love it. I expect to continue it’s use as long as it lasts. Don’t be afraid to try one. You’ll be pleasantly surprised! the reason that i give 2 stars instead of 1 star is because that it is still able to keep my data– the hd isnt failing. BUT, i really do not like this EHD, because it is really unreliable to transfer big files. from time to time,usually within 10 mins, it will automatically shut off while i’m accessing files in it. then i just shake it, it comes back on. i hope other people will not have this problem, it gets really annoying. plus, there are so many reviews about high failure rate about WD’s high capacity EHDs, so i will not recommend this to others.
