After going to Vegas, staying at a 5 star hotel that had a cool glass digital scale, I decided to search for one for home. I came across this one that had reviews that were positive (mostly) about the product and others that showed this company had good customer service. I bought one for me and one for my elderly mother who needs to weigh herself daily for medical reasons. We are both very happy with our scales. There is no guess work like those traditional metered scales. It’s easy to use and looks good too. I might buy more!

I loved this book from beginning to end. Along with some entertaining history, this is a beautifully woven tale. To my mind, a good novel has unexpected twists and surprises .. and this book carried one beautiful surprise all the way through.
This book stirred in me an affection for elephants that I hadn’t felt since childhood. Along with The Magician’s Elephant by Kate DiCamillo, Water for Elephants helped to inspire the painting “The Gentle Somnambulist” which is included in my book TREASURE Twenty One Paintings and a Key.

A Tragedy of Democracy

Performed well in HD video camera as well as digital still camera.
But failed after only about 4 or 5 cycles, which is scary when you are relying on these units for once-in-a-lifetime image capture.
I am an electrical engineer and I know how to treat semiconductor devices to prevent static discharge failures. This failure appears to be a single sector of the flash memory that prevents the camera from writing file access tables, which of course ends up making the entire card useless.

In fairness to Transcend, I have two other 16BG cards that have not failed — yet.

I’d been using Office 2007 since I bought my new desktop three years ago, but I needed to buy another copy to put on my laptop. I thought I knew everything about the product, but little did I know that I would struggle with the packaging! And then be unable to find the registration key! And the CD didn’t install properly in my laptop! Fortunately, the laptop already had a trial version of Office installed–I just had to enter the key. And finally it worked, and it worked well. I like this version of Office a lot better than the old version (of which I was never a fan), but it did require a learning curve, and there are still things I have to search for occasionally. Overall, I’m happy with the product, and am interested to see what the 2010 version brings.
And I’m not really a kid, but I didn’t want to put my full name up, and Amazon doesn’t give the option to remove it.

I ordered this scale and was scared about what I’d get because it’s always a gamble ordering online, even though the positive reviews kept me hopeful. The scale was packaged well, and came with batteries. I put the batteries in and decided to test it immediately. Very easy to use. Just place it on a smooth surface, and step right on. Easy-peasy, light and nice-looking, and highly accurate! Very happy with my purchase.

Easy to connect to the T.V. Lots of hours of entertainment. Makes for a fun afternoon. I would recommend buying.
