I got this to use with my Asus nettop, but it works well with with other PCs also. In about half an hour (that’s about how long it takes to load the included software) I was watching my favorite movies on it. The picture quality was great, and didn’t stick or stutter. The USB y-cable that comes with it is only about 20″ long , and may not reach if you have your nettop mounted to the back of your TV/monitor or on the wall. I bought a longer one for a few bucks, and it works out better for me. I don’t have cable or satellite TV service, and instead use the Asus and a Dell Zino for HTPCs, which doesn’t have blu-ray either. Now I can watch a blu-ray on either box.

I did not try out all of the software that came included with the drive, but may do so sometime in the near future. I am very happy with the ease and portability of being able to watch blu-ray movies on different PCs.

I can’t think of what else you’d want from a bathroom scale. It’s got a nice, big, easy to read, backlit display. Step on it, it lights up and shows you your weight with good repeatability. Fair price, too. Get one.
Gitzo GH2750 Series 2

Read a lot of reviews, watched prices, and bagged this vacuum for $65 with free shipping. The day it was supposed to arrive I got home and it wasn’t there. I reported it missing to Amazon and UPS, but no response from Amazon and UPS investigated but they only work with the shipper. After two weeks I contacted Amazon again using the chat option, asked what the status was, and the rep sent a second one with two-day shipping. This time I stayed home to catch the UPS guy and although he put it behind the gate, it was still visible and the box is big and colorful with pretty pictures of the vacuum to tempt your less-honest neighbors.

Unpacking and assembly were simple, although one of the bolts needed some force to get the nut started and the diagram of where to thread the power cord doesn’t match this model. Once I got it running I was amazed at the suction power. This could hold it’s own against my Rigid wet/dry vacuum. Fuzz that the old vacuum couldn’t touch was gone in a single pass, and you could feel it clinging to the carpet, trying to move on its own from the force of the brush. I used the extension wand under some furniture and it was just as good. All this and I forgot to mention that there is a crack in the hose (it works well but it’s not “high quality”). I did the whole house and there was a big scary ball of hair and fuzz in the bag.

This vacuum is great on short-nap or berber carpet, and probably great for any high-quality, dense carpeting. I would recommend it for pet hair. It might be too aggressive for cheap shag, but at this price I’d try it anyway. It’s not abnormally loud. You don’t need a light. The lower handle makes it easy to pick up the whole thing to do the stairs. I don’t understand the people who try to use a vacuum on hard surfaces – that’s what brooms, dust mops, and sweepers are for. At this price you can afford the right tool for both jobs. Definitely recommended for both initial performance and price.

It’s an awesome gadget, but not a perfect. It would have if it interfaces with my pc, but there is other ways to make it work for what it intends to do. My hubby thinks it’s cool using the phone while on the road. I would recommend it. JD
TomTom Rider 2 GPS

I love my itouch! I can’t leave without it, I’m kind of adicted to it. I bring it with me everywhere I go. I Have watched movies, vídeos, and listen to my favorite music plus playing games. There is a whole new world of entertainment opened to me. I’m very glad for the decision that I made and I encourage the lovers of music, movies and visual entertainment to buy one right away.

First off I’ll say that I have the 8GB version of this, so this review is entirely in regards to that fact.
The fit and function of the iPod is fantastic. It’s sleek, good looking, very easy to use and even though it weighs next to nothing it is very tough and feels like it was built like a tank.
The web browser (Safari) is very reliable and fast, and the wireless works great. The range is a bit shorter than say my laptop, but it works far enough away. The apps you can download are plentiful and very easy to manage. The only bad thing about them is I wish a lot more of them were free. Once you download a half dozen .99 cent apps or so, the charges can start to pile up a lot.
My only problems with it are as follows:

The low-end model should’ve been 10GB, rather than only 8… which in reality translates to between 6 and 7 after the iPhone OS is installed (by default, of course).

Some extra customization features would’ve been good. Such as being able to put separate passlock codes for music, pictures, videos, etc. But that’s neither here nor there – to each his own.

Lastly, the internal speaker isn’t anything to get excited about. It’s very quiet and sounds somewhat muffled. The EQ is the standard, plain-jane “Rock”, “R&B”, etc. job. There is no definitive frequency range adjustment to speak of. However, I suppose you can’t expect that sort of feature on a mp3 player. I’m an audiophile though, so I’m picky in that respect.

Other than those minor issues, I really enjoy the iPod. The performance and reliability is top-notch and there are seemingly endless options and unique “tweeks” to tinker around with on it. It’s basically a handheld computer and I’ve hardly used my home PC to browse the web at all since I got my iPod. You can even get apps to text message for free! Also, if you get the microphone for it you could use it as a phone as well. But with that said, the online features will obviously only work when you are connected to a WiFi network… unlike a mobil

I’m not an audio/videophile but these seem to be of the same quality as the cables available for 8x the price in the stores. Delivery was prompt (before promised) and were not packaged in all that extra plastic they use for store display.
2 Speed Quick Stick

To get ready for a college reunion I decided to start working out more seriously so I purchased this pedometer. It was a great buy!!! I can keep track of how far I walk in a day and if I work out aerobically, it keeps track of that, also. It has a neat little clip with an elastic band attached so I can clip it to my short’s pocket and know it will stay in place. Incidentally, it can be placed in a pocket and still keep an accurate count. In addition, it keeps track of the number of steps for seven days so you can check your progress. I’m confident I’ll reach the goal I’ve set for my college class reunion and a lot of the credit goes to this simple-to-use little pedometer. I’d definitely buy it again!!!
2 Tone Stand Alone

This mount is awesome! Far superior to the supplied suction cup mount that came with the GPS unit. I am very easily able to move the GPS unit out of the window and back again when ready for it. Or if I put up my sunshades in my car, I don’t have to worry about moving it out of the way or removing a suction cup. This mount also keeps the unit low enough that it does not visually impair the drivers view. This mount nestles itself right in between the two center air vents in my wife’s G6 and does not move! And no more tell tale suction cup rings on the windshield! Or, for you Brits that may be reading this, windscreen.

Got the Wii to get Wii Fit for days when I can’t do my normal exercise routine. So far so good. Don’t know if I’ll ever play any other games, but enjoy using the Wii Fit.
